Replace the QR Code on a Menu

Switched online ordering, moved the menu link, or the old code stopped working? Upload the menu and put a new code where the old one was.

PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG. Editing stays in this browser.

Upload, then add or replace, then verify, then download.

Keep the menu, change the code

Menus outlive the links on them. An ordering service changes, a menu page moves, or a short link expires, and every table tent now points somewhere wrong. Redesigning the menu to fix one square is slow, and the original design file is often gone.

Upload a PNG or JPG of the menu, cover the old code with a new one for the current link, and FixQR reads the finished picture before download. Then print a proof and scan it from a seat, in the room's light.

Questions

Can I change the link on a QR code that is already printed?

Not if the code stores the address directly. Replace the code and reprint. For future menus, point the code at a page on your own site that you can update.

I only have a PDF of the menu. What do I do?

Export the page as a PNG or JPG at full size, or take a high-resolution screenshot, then upload that.

How big should the code be on a table tent?

About 2.5 to 3 cm (1 to 1.2 in) for a table tent read from a seat. Make it larger on a wall menu or a window.
